In passive safety, Lifan820 equips multi-airbags and front/rear pretensioning seatbelts. When front and side impact happened, they can greatly lower the hurt to passengers' key parts including head, neck, chest, and belly. And the TPMS can automatically monitor the tires, providing efficient safety assurance.

The core parts such as power train system and ESP are supplied by Australian DSI and Bosch. And there is also Japanese Takata steering wheel, gas curtain and airbags, US Johnson 8-orientation power adjustable seats, French Valeo automatic air conditioning, German HUF electronic lock etc.

The high quality of Lifan820 goes through rigorous inspection, extremely cold, hot and high elevation tests, durability and reliability demonstration for driving 160 thousand kilometers. And test drives in extremely cold zone in Russia and extremely hot zone in Middle East. The model has also got the type approval of E-mark and GCC.
